Hello! I am here with the definite intention of tagging Nanami's post but I wanted to get the deity seal issue worked out beforehand.

The Homestuck canon has an odd relationship with the supernatural that takes my intuition by the shirt collar, punches it several times, and leaves with its lunch money. Many Homestuck characters are "trolls", which are a perfectly natural albeit alien species. Kanaya is a "rainbow drinker", which makes her something like a vampire relative to other "trolls": She scoffs at death, drinks blood, lacks a pulse, looks almost white a lot, and so on. This is never treated as particularly mystical or even too far from mundane relative to everything else bizarre that happens in Homestuck. Later canon even implies this is a phenomenon purely explainable by ordinary and natural biology! Which... is an authorial direction that really bothers me but you don't want me to be here all day.

If you are familiar with her canon please let me know your judgment on this matter! Otherwise I think I shall err on the side of caution and have the seal not be visible to Kanaya.
